Carigara, Leyte – Eastern Visayas State University-Carigara Campus (EVSU-CC) reaffirmed it s commitment to enhancing public service efficiency and transparency by welcoming a representative from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) on March 4, 2025.
Ms. Evelyn Badrina, a Field Researcher from ARTA, visited the campus to assess its existing processes and procedures. Her evaluation aimed to monitor service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to streamline operations for a more efficient and responsive system.
This initiative aligns with Republic Act No. 11032 of 2018, otherwise known as “PROMOTING EASE OF DOING BUSINESS AND EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF GOVERNMENT SERVICES” which mandates the reduction of bureaucratic red tape, promotes transparency, and ensures the sustainability of business-friendly government practices.
As a key agency in promoting good governance, ARTA plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with service standards across government institutions nationwide.
