We’re excited to announce the enrollment schedule for the upcoming 2nd Semester! To facilitate a smooth process, enrollment will take place on different days, organized by year level.
Enrollment Dates:
- 4th Year Students: January 3-7, 2025
- 3rd Year Students: January 8-10, 2025
- 2nd Year Students: January 13-15, 2025
- 1st Year Students: January 16-18, 2025
Office Hours:
Enrollment will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on each day.
Important Reminders: Pre-register through the Student Portal first:
- Choose your GenEd courses
- Select preferred schedules for electives
Requirements:
- Submit 2 signed copies:
- FHE form (Free Ed students)
- Opt-Out form (paying students)
- Write “2nd Semester, AY 2024-2025”
- Get signatures: yours and parent/guardian
For Returnees/Shiftees:
- Submit clearance form
- Check department slot availability
