December 13, 2024- With a theme β πΎπ‘π€π¨ππ£π π©ππ π½π€π€π ππ£ πΌπ£ πΌπ’ππ―ππ£π ππππ§, ππ£π ππ€π€π ππ£π ππ€π§π¬ππ§π π©π€ π πππ¬ πΎπππ₯π©ππ§ πΌππππβ, The Eastern Visayas State University-Carigara Campus (EVSU-CC) headed by Campus Director Dr. Mary Jean P. Yanger, and through the participation of key officials and employees of this university conducted today a Year-End Assessment, an activity that showcased not only reports of major accomplishments of the year 2024 but also to assess areas needed for improvement.
Dr. Mary Jean P. Yanger, in her welcome remarks, stressed the significance of the event which is to reflect the milestones of 2024. Moreover, she highlighted that the event is not only a way of celebrating the fruits of labor but also meant to be grateful of the graces that have helped sustained the year 2024.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jethro Yu, the resource speaker, highlighted in speech that the event is attributed to honoring Jesus Christ in this Christmas Season. He said, βChrist is the greatest giftβ¦gracing and glorifying Him goes in three (3) ways: (1) Keep your eyes on Jesus; (2) Put faith on Jesus; and (3) Find delight in Jesus.β
Moreover, the said event ended with a sumptuous lunch and was followed by Send-Off Ceremony as a recognition to a retiring employee, Dr. Otilia Misagal, IGP Head, whom was among the pioneers of EVSUCC who have served exemplary service for thirty-four (34) long years in the institution.
