Culture and Arts Coordinator Ms. Alaiza Raquel spearheaded the event, which successfully gathered the entire EVSU-CC family, including faculty members, administrative staff, and students, on the campus ground.

The focal point of the evening was the towering Christmas tree, which was notably crafted entirely from recycled materials.

In his address, EVSU-CC Campus Director Dr. Renato E. Martija highlighted the dual significance of the installation. “This tree is not just a symbol of Christmas; it’s a testament to the creativity and environmental advocacy of our community,” said Dr. Martija. “It shows that we can celebrate beautifully while also caring for our planet.”

The ceremony was marked by a unified countdown before the spectacular illumination of the recycled materials, transforming them into a dazzling beacon of holiday cheer.
