Marking the start of the second semester for Academic Year 2024-2025, Eastern Visayas State University-Carigara Campus (EVSU-CC) welcomed students back today, January 20, 2025.

University President Dr. Dennis C. De Paz greeted students with joy, emphasizing the collective efforts of students, faculty, and staff in making the first semester a success. He encouraged students, saying, “Go forth with a solid plan, determination to reach your goals, and a burning desire to learn.”

The Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO), led by Instructor. Bobby Q. Clemente, ensured a smooth transition into the semester, highlighting the importance of education in a globalized world.

The faculty and staff, demonstrated full support by attending the first Flag Ceremony in Barong and Filipiniana inspired attire, as mandated by Memorandum No. 01-12-2025. Their readiness and enthusiasm set the tone for a productive new semester.
