In a powerful display of community partnership, Eastern Visayas State University – Carigara Campus (EVSU-CC) joined forces with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Carigara on March 7, 2025, to honor and celebrate Women’s Month.
EVSU-CC staff participated enthusiastically in the LGU’s vibrant parade, led by Hon. Mayor Eduardo T. Ong Jr., taking to the streets to champion women’s rights and empowerment. The event, enriched by inspiring speeches and captivating cultural performances, served as a crucial platform to promote gender equality within Carigara.
