The university-wide summit served as a platform to evaluate institutional performance and refine the strategic educational roadmap. Central to the proceedings were the reports from key university officials who detailed milestones achieved in 2025 and outlined improvement plans for 2026.
University President Dr. Dennis C. de Paz led the presentations, joined by Vice President (VP) for Administration and Finance Dr. Lydia M. Morante, VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Benedict C. Militante, VP for Research, Innovation, and Extension Services Dr. Danilo B. Pulma, and VP for External Affairs and Internationalization Dr. Analyn M. Españo.
The officials underscored the “One EVSU 2.0” initiative, a unified vision emphasizing academic innovation, climate resiliency leadership, and streamlined public service across all campuses.
In addition to the formal assessment, the event featured presentations from various colleges and external campuses. To recognize the collective efforts of the workforce, the university hosted an appreciation dinner and raffle for employees.
Data gathered from the assessment will serve as the framework for the 2026 Operational Plan. This roadmap aims to address infrastructure gaps and further integrate climate action into the university curriculum, supporting EVSU’s ambition to become a national leader in resiliency.
By concluding the year-end review, EVSU-CC reinforces its standing as a vital pillar of the university system, prepared to meet the evolving demands of the upcoming academic year.
